Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped, F.O.B. our plant,
U.S.: F.O.B. - Champlain, N.Y. - via Fedex Ground
Canada: F.O.B. - Montreal, Quebec - via Canpar.
Please
note that shipping timeframes are calculated from the day the package
leaves our warehouse, not from the day the order was placed.
Please
note that Prestige Pak Inc. pays all customs duties for orders shipped to the
USA or Canada.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the items being shipped and their
destination's zone. Prestige Pak's prices are very competitive
and soon we will implement a shipping calculator tool for you to find out shipping
prices for individual items.
FedEx and Canpar do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If the customer is not there to receive a package, The curior will make 3 attempts
or if the area is safe, they will leave the package at the door. After
3 attempts the package will be returned to us and the customer will be
refunded the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping back to us.
The same conditions will apply if a customer refuses a package.
Prestige Pak Inc. will immediately replace goods damaged during the shipping
process at no charge. The customer must contact our customer service
immediately at info@prestigepak.com
